He has successfully led and advised ventures in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and Europe, spanning industries as diverse as foodservice equipment, poultry processing, hospitality, outdoor lifestyle brands, manufacturing, wall décor, and emerging investment platforms.
Currently serving as a Senior Advisor to Cirque Capital and Principal Managing Partner of The TENDREL Group, Fabrizzio helps organizations unlock value through deal architecture, operational turnarounds, acquisitions, and funding strategies. He has a proven track record of building high-performance teams, strengthening brands, and transforming business models for both established corporations and entrepreneurial ventures.
Previously, Fabrizzio was Group Chief Operating & Strategy Officer of MVP Group, an international commercial kitchen equipment manufacturer with operations in over 15 countries. In this role, he oversaw global operations, supply chain optimization, ERP deployments, and major contract negotiations, managing a complex logistics network that moved thousands of containers annually and served customers across North America.
Earlier in his career, Fabrizzio held senior leadership and consulting roles with Ascendance Marketing Group, Talentorum Alliance, Crystal Strategic Consulting, Marketorum, and Crystal Finance, consistently delivering operational excellence and business transformation initiatives. He also gained extensive experience in hospitality and travel as Hotel General Manager at New York-New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Director of Strategic & Market Planning at Club Med in Paris, and Director of Yield Management at Celebrity Cruises, where he pioneered systems that generated multimillion-dollar revenue growth.
